Something is up, right? With the spouse or bestie, maybe. Or the sister or supervisor. Some kinda somethin’ from the tension department is pulling your shoulders tighter, knotting your stomach, or grinding your teeth at night.

The SASSy Sunday Salon is your haven for a re-set. A not-therapy group, a safely-facilitated space to vent and be heard. You’ll build greater awareness of your strengths, and get practical support to move through existing patterns to new conclusions.

Monthly SASSY Sunday Salons offer you personal coaching in a small group, free of charge. You get just a little sip of SASS, for free. A trial size, for anyone. Come chat in a welcoming space where curiosity is the point of view and growth is the purpose.
